1General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the sat20 platform and its users ("you" or "player"). By accessing sat20.cam, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to all of these terms.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

To participate on the sat20 platform you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform is only permitted for those aged 21 and above. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Terms

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.

3Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Login Security

Keeping your sat20 account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. sat20 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal request, or at any time, sat20 may ask you to verify your identity. The following documents may be requested as part of this process:

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The most popular payment methods in Bangladesh can be used to deposit funds on sat20: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal speed depends on the payment method and the verification process.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rate

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement of 20 times the total deposit and bonus amount must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account and once per device or household.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• All bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at sat20's discretion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, sat20 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.3 VIP Program

sat20's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze level up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond level. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are published separately.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets on the sat20 platform are considered final once confirmed by the software. A bet cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation, unless the sat20 authority decides to void a bet due to a technical error.

6.2 Technical Errors and Disruptions

If a disruption occurs in any game or betting event due to a technical issue, server outage or data feed error, sat20 reserves the right to void bets and refund the deposited amount. No additional compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

sat20 sets maximum payout limits for each betting category and game. These limits may change depending on circumstances. Please note that no guarantee can be made regarding the RTP of any game or the maximum winnings — results are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG).

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sat20 platform and if any of them are detected, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Playing using software, bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or insulting other players or staff.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through false or misleading information.

8Responsible Gaming

• In cases of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may also request to close their own account. In such cases, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned after verification is complete. Funds with active bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements will be considered void.
